Happy New Year!

Hi Everyone
Just a super simple LO for you today with another sneak peek of the up coming mini. This is actually a great example for a beginner page for the new scrappers out there. The center page is an 8x8 piece of Bashful Blue C/S, (made it at SU! convention this year as a make n' take); it is easier to work on a smaller surface. Then I just added a few details to it; like the new Satin Choc Chip Ribbon. I love satin ribbon as it ties like a dream. Then I added the new bird with twigs from our XL 2 step Bird punch. Then I just rounded the corners of a Choc chip 8.5x11" and stamped Circle Circus around it in Choc Chip ink for a tone on tone look. I actually rounded all the corners of all the pieces and just mounted them on to a fantastic DSP from the Sweet Pea collection. The Lollipop flowers were just made with circle punches, a jumbo brad & eyelet. I like to crumple and ink distress them to give them a bit more dimension. This is a very simple LO, you could totally add more elements to it, but I tend to keep things simple.
Thanks for stopping by and have a Happy (safe) New Year's!!!

My Spaceball Clones!

Hi Everyone
This is a non SU! LO, so not like me I know! haha! But my sis found this paper the other day when we were out and I just couldn't resist it as I knew I had these pictures on my camera from Christmas morning! The Chip board galaxy's are riff raff and I inked them up with a dauber and our Platinum Shimmer Paint: WOW! covers chip board like a treat and dries in seconds!!! You can still order it even thought it is in the retiring mini, SU! extended the paint as it is AWESOME! I used stickles around the cluster of photos that I mounted on Brushed Silver Cardstock. Then I cut a peice of the instructions book that came with the helmet for the Clone embellishment and just used the Spiral Punch to add some detail. Under the Use the Force I wrote with a Uni-ball Signo Gel Pen My Spaceball Clones! They totally look like Spaceballs! Remember that movie! Plus they are identical twins so they are clones!!

Mojo: Found!!

Hi Everyone
Well I've been soo busy with classes and Christmas workshops, that honestly, I needed a SU! break..shock I know! But everything has been sooo crazy for soo long, I lost my mojo. With Christmas prepping, reno nightmares, a husband who is home recovering from a surgery, my life has been NUTS! So yesterday, I took a Me day. I went and picked up my sister and Mom and we went shopping to our favorite country store in Leduc, went for a nice lunch and then we hit a scrap shop too! On the drive home, even through the snow and the fog, I found my MOJO!!!
So here is one of the pages I came up with; is is 95% SU!, all the AWESOME new products that will be available in the New Occasions Mini Catalogue starting January 5! Plus I added a few of other goodies from my shopping trip. There are so many FANTASTIC new items in this mini that it is going to be hard to pin point just 1 as my favorite. Is it going to be the AWESOME new CLING MOUNT STAMPS?? The New Punch Design? The amazing Sweet Pea Stitched Felt embellishments or the Epoxy Brads??? I just DON'T know? I think #1 may be the DESIGNER SERIES PAPER STACK SWEET PEA!!!!!!!!! The amazing pack of 12x12 double sides paper come with 48 gorgeous sheets of DSP!!!! 48 sheets for only $32.95!!!!!! BARGAIN!!!! And they are ALL amazing!!
OK! Here is the Recipe
Stamps: Vitage Vogue Clear mount*
Ink: Choc Chip
Paper: Sweet Pea DSP*; taken with Teal & Pretty in Pink mats
Embellishments: Choc Chip 1/4" Epoxy Brads*,Extra Large Two-Step Bird
Punch*,5/8" Satin Ribbon Chocolate*,Sweet Pea Stitched felt*
Non SU! : tag, letters
* occasions mini item
I know you can't see the full stamp set yet, but Vintage Vogue is just gorgeous! I bought it in the new Clear Mount set and used it with Acrylic Blocks also availble in the mini! The stamps on this LO are the flowers I stamped in the large circles on the paper and the flower frame I made around the picture. With the acrylic blocks, it is just SO easy to stamp EXACTLY where I want!!! I love how this just makes the picture POP! Make sure you click on the LO to blow it up to see all the details; like the gorgeous brad in the tag, the bird punch and the felts! I love this LO and it only took about 10min!!!!!!

Double page LO

Hi Everyone
As promised here is one of the double layouts that was made at my 12 pages of Christmas Class. The goal of this class was to make 12 LO's in 4 hours! Nuts! But we did it. The LO's were simple and clean lined, to make them quicker to put together. To make the Joyful Noise title, I used My Digital Studio and printed at home.
What do you think of my new Blog Design? The Title was also made with My Digital Studio, pretty cool hey. I really do love that program! So quick and easy and does a ton of things!
I also added a few new Challenge Blogs on here for all you card makers to check out. The links are on the right: Pal Paper Arts and Stamping 411. I'm hoping to play along as soon as I have time.

Sneak a Peek

Hi Everyone
Just wanted to give you a Sneak Peek of the up coming NEW Mini which will become active on January 5. Notice anything different?? Don't you just LOVE the new shape of our punches...I have always loved our punches and didn't think they needed to be improved, but SU! saw room for improvement and developed this fabulous new design! The new punches come in larger images easier to punch if you can believe it, and some super cute smaller images. They also have a clip feature on the back which allows you to store them FLAT! So you'll have more room in you stamp room to buy them all! LOL! Plus, there are 2 beautiful border punches with co-ordinating corner punches! Best part of all, you will be able to earn the new and awesome Scallop Trim Border punch for FREE!!
Yes I said FREE, how??? Simple SALE A BRATION (SAB) begins January 5!!! There will be a NEW mini active this day PLUS the SAB brochure!!! For every $65 you spend with SU!, you will get your choice of a free SU! product from the SAB brochure!!!
Make sure you check back soon, being a Demo, I was able to pre-order some of these fab new products, so I'm hoping to find time to make something new! Plus I will give you another sneak peek, as the punches are not the only thing new! Or the biggest either!
I'll also be posting my Layouts from my 12 pages of Christmas Class that I held in my new Stampin' Studio on Thursday night. 6 awesome ladies plowed through all 12 LO's in 4 hours!!!! I ran this class as a THANK YOU to my customers, it was a no fee class plus I threw in everything for FREE! They paid for the 12x12 Linen album and a package of Christmas Cocoa DSP from the current mini, and that was it! I threw in all the cardstock, embellishments and designs for FREE!

It's not to late for you to order the Christmas Cocoa DSP to make your Christmas LO's memorable!

Night Light Blocks

Hi Everyone
These are some cute night light blocks I made last Christmas for my awesome friends Alana. Actually we made them together. I've had a few people ask me about them so I thought I would post a picture of them. I love to use Decor Elements on projects as my house is not finished yet, so I don't have too many one] my walls, but I have a ton on projects. Any how: these were made with blocks that I bought from Home Depot & got my husband to drill a hole in the bottom for me which I stuffed white Christmas lights up. We cut the letters with Serif Essential Bigz Dies and the Big shot with Chocolate Chip vinyl sheets: the flower stems were cut with the vinyl as well but we used the Baskets and Blooms Bigz XL die. The butterflies and flowers are from Flitting By I. We finished them off by starching and ironing the ribbon so it stays up pretty and stiff, and we used the Silver Cord from the Holiday Mini and tied on some pearls and bead from the Pretties Kit.
Don't forget to check out the 12 Days of Christmas Sale going on right now for GREAT deals on Big Shot Dies and on NEW colors of Vinyl Sheets to cut with the big shot. Why don't you design your own night light block, the possibilities are endless!

A few Christmas Ideas: Plus the 12 Days of Christmas Sale!

HI Everyone
Well I have been MIA for so long, thought I better post something!! Here are the projects my Scrap Group and Technique Group did yesterday. I must say the pictures do them NO justice at all. They are so much better in person! If you click on the scrap page you can see all the cute details for the embellishments: I made a peppermint candy by using the 1 3/8" circle punch on Real Red and Whisper White: cut out the red and glue on the white, cover with Versa Mark and Glassy Glaze Embossing powder and heat set; wrap it up in cellophane and tie with the Silver cord from the mini. Totally cased the idea from the Canadian Scrapbooker Winter edition! The cute tag is made with the Delightful Decoration Stamp set & co-ordinating punch from the mini as well; I silver embossed it and tied it with the same Silver Cord. The mini is retiring on January 4th, so if you would like to order any of these supplies please contact me asap or go to my Web Site & click SHOP NOW. And while you are there, take a peak at the 12 Days of Christmas Sale SU! has put on! It is packed full of Big Shot dies on Sale PLUS new colors of Decor Vinyl! Lastly with Brushed Silver Card stock we cut out the Snowflake #2 Die with the Big shot, and finished it off with a strip of Mistletoe Ribbon from the mini.
I didn't take a great picture of the card: sorry! I should have taken a picture of it closed to you can see the contrast of the double scallop edge with the inside of the card on very vanilla. To make this simple funky edge design you use SU! Slit Punch ($8.50!!): You go to the center of your cards edge, punch the slit, move 1/8" over and punch again till the end of the card, repeat on other other side so the whole edge is punch with slits (the slit punch makes a semi circle slit). Next you will fold the punched slits back & tuck in a co-ordinating card stock behind it (on my card it is the red). This will give you the double scallop look.
For the card front we stamped the reindeer from The Holiday Line-Up set ( my fav! ) onto Kraft c/s, and layered onto Real Red and Old Olive tied some Mistletoe Ribbon (2 pack from mini, other one on scrap page). Finally we inked up a half back pearl from the Pretties kit with Craft Real Read & dip it in Glassy Glaze Embossing Powder & heat set. The inside was stamped with the cute set Sparkly & Bright.

Thanks for stopping by & drop me a line if you would like to order anything from the Sale or the Mini before it is too late!

Hi Everyone
I actually posted this and deleted it a few weeks ago. I made it for ADTHIS, but the AD didn't go up so I deleted it, and now it seems the site will no longer be update, I'm gutted! Anyways, I thought I would but the page back up. The DSP is Autumn Meadowns from the mini with matching C/S Really Rust and Taken with Teal. I used the Spiral Edge punch on the teal: I curled the edges of my paper for a cool frame: a technique I saw at 52 sketches. In the bottom right corner is window sheet from the Seasonal Pieces collection. They ad a nice touch to the page, then I just finished it off with some of our various Chip board alpha's which I inked with Craft ink and Corduroy buttons.

More My Digital Studio Fun

Hi Everyone
Sorry I've been so busy with the Christmas Stampin' Season that I have not had time to post! So here is a quickie: I made this page on My Digital Studio by SU!. This paper is an add on to the kit, 118115 MDS DWNLDA - DSP NIGHT AND DAY $6.95. I used it on a LO a few posts down too. Love this paper ..and it's pattern version on MDS. This is just a nice, clean and simple LO, but I love it, hope you do to.

Sponging Christmas fun

Hi Everyone
I want to start off this post with a little chat about ADTHIS; unfortunately, I think the site may stop running soon as the current admin has some personal issues in her life that is not allowing her to keep the blog going. I'm gutted by this as I love this blog and loved designing for it the past few months. If ANYBODY is interested in taking this Blog over please email me and I will get you in touch with the current admin to make it happen.
Now onto my card:
This was the card my Technique Gals made this month. I can not take credit for this idea, I've seen a variety of these cards floating around on different sites; this is just my version. I love this card because it totally fits my criteria: looks hard/elegant but is SUPER easy to make! This is a 5 min card! And it uses minimal supplies too! ALL the ink is Night of Navy: sponged onto Glossy White C/S and used the Santa from the WONDERING WORDS set from the mini and LOVELY AS A TREE set for the landscaping, (which is a total classic, if you don't have this set yet, GET IT). We cut the whisper white c/s on the bottom with the Cutting Kit scissor wheel, love this tool! And then we glittered the snowy hill with 2 way glue pen and Dazzling Diamonds. Cut the corners with the Ticket Corner punch and just mount it up, add some Silver Brads and your good to go! This card will fit into our Medium Square Envelopes, which you can stamp up with the Santa! What a great card to send out this year!
Thanks for stopping by, leave me a comment and let me know you were here!

Hi Everyone
This is actually a card I made last year...found the picture today while looking on my computer. Thought it was worth posting; I love this card. There is a ton of little details on it that you just can't tell from a picture. Everything is hand cut and popped out, and water colored too. I must admit, this is not the best water coloring I've ever done...I have gotten' better since this card! Click on it to make it bigger and you can see some of the details...like the little North Pole sign I made with the Word Window Punch and the small arrow from the My Way punch.
Even though I made this last year, all supplies except the ribbon are still available to order. The stamp sets are : HOLIDAY LINE UP ( love this set because I think Rudolf looks drunk!): LOADS OF LOVE + L O L ACCESSORIES..I really like these sets, I don't use it often, but when I do, the cards always look awesome, and I love to use the Jumbo Eyelets for wheels.

My Digital Studio fun

Hi Everyone

Yesterday I created 12 pages!!! And my scrap desk is SPOTLESS!!! How? With My Digital Studio! This program is soo easy to use and I love it, I can't wait to get them printed off. The "paper" I used is from the mini NIGHT AND DAY, you can down load it for only $6.95 straight to your computer!
118115 MDS DWNLDA - DSP NIGHT AND DAY $6.95 I also used Frames Flourish around the picture, this set comes with the My Digital Studio Disks. It is sooo loaded, you won't need to download extra's unless you really want too...which I did as I LOVE this paper!

Do you already own a digital scrap booking program and don't want to invest in another one? I understand that...so this may be an option for you. YOU can download SU!'s digital products and purchase them individually and run them with your own Digital Kits on your computer....I must admit I do not know much about the digital world..I only use My Digital Studio as it is "dummy proof!"...but those of you who are digital scrappers already, should know how to ADD kits onto your existing product.

For those of you who have not tried Digital yet..WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? It is not CHEATING...which is what I have heard from a few people; you are still creating your own pages..just with less mess and quicker. Did you know you can print off pages and Hybrid them....add your own traditional embellishments to them and put them into your album. With SU! My Digital Studio you can also make MOVIES, CARDS, INTERACTIVE DISKS in addition to SCRAP PAGES, STITCH BOUND BOOKS , CALENDARS. The small investment for this product will be paid off quickly when you catch up on your old pictures in a week end! PLUS the gift giving options. You don't have to slave 20 hours on 1 scrap book to give away to your in-laws for Christmas, then spend another 20 making it for your own Mom who is sad she didn't get it!!! Now you just make 1 projects in a few hours, and print off MULTIPLES!!! This will save you a TON of time this year! Same as your Christmas Cards; don't have time to make them this year? Design 1 digitally and order 50!
If you'd like to order My Digital Studio go to my Web Site HERE and click SHOP NOW on the top Right and get it shipped straight to your house for the same price it would be to ship it to mine!
# 118108 for only $106.95 PLUS you will get to choose a FREE Decore Element upto $22.95

PHEW! I can tell you a bunch more...but this is the gist in a nut shell!

Snow blocks

Hi Everyone
I stayed up late last night to get some crafting done as I am sooo far behind on everything because of the boys sickness last week. Not going to complain about it as they took it like troopers and were healthy in time for Halloween!! I am soo lucky-grateful that they did not get crazy sick.
Anyhoo...
I made this blocks last nigh; cute right? They are going to look so perfect on my mantle place that is being built right now!!! I really like how they turned out; so much so that I will be putting it up for a class. Make sure you click on the picture to see it larger, that way you can see how glimmery it is. I really love the new Shimmery paint, I'm glimmering everything with it! The Blocks($13.95) and Decore Elements ($13.95) are from the Mini: click on the link top right to open it. You get a full 8.5 x 11" page of elements: you can spell out SNOW, JOY, or NOEL; plus it has snowflakes, holly, decorations and the cute little snowy treed hills that I used on the red blocks. I've decorated the tops and the sides of the red blocks but you just can't see it, and I still have tons of the elements left. I'm going to use them on a scrap page; I love to use decore elements in my scrapbooking! They look like AMAZING rub ons!!!!
I'll post later what the price of the class will be and when as I have not figured that out yet! Drop me a line if your interested: this would make a cute Hostess Class as well!

Don't forget the INSIDE! Plus Altered Embossing Folder

Well my Kiddo's are still home from school..a full school week. I tell ya, we are all sick of each other and bored of being quarantined! I haven't had a ton of time to make stuff this week, but I squeezed in this cute card today.
Before I get to the technique, I wanted to remind you all, DON`T FORGET THE INSIDE of your card. Taking the extra 2 min to stamp an image on the inside is a great way to personalize your card, plus don`t forget to stamp a greeting verse. Best way to make your card look professional and polished; buy a Greeting Stamp set. The one I used in this card is MANY MERRY MESSAGES, pg 33 $45.95. This is a great set as it has inside 4 Christmas verses plus 4 card front greetings.
I've been meaning to try this Altered Embossing Folder technique with an embossing folder since Founders Circle where Patty Bennet used it on her swap. If you notice my card front has a big oval in the center not embossed like the rest of the white with the Petal-a-Plenty embossing folder....Patty showed us this cool technique how to do this. I modified it a bit: I took a piece of our chip board and traced the OVAL from the Scallop Oval Die in the center, then I cut it out with the Hobby Knife. You remove the oval cut out; you don't use this piece. You will then use the chip board with the oval cut out as your bottom cutting board for the big shot.
1) place a shim into mutlitpurpose platform: close it
2) Place Chipboard negative on mutlipurpose platform
3) Put paper in your Embossing folder, center it over your chipboard
4) Put cutting board on top and run through: this will be a tight squeeze, but it will go.
I've also seen people cut the oval out of the actual embossing folder, as they`re only $10.95, it's not to big of a deal to alter it, you can buy 2.
The snow man stamp is a Hostess Level 2 Free set from the mini. With $395 in workshops(party) orders you can get him for FREE too plus a $45 shopping spree PLUS you would also get to choose 1 item in the mini for $14 (excluding My Digital Studio).
Have a Happy & Safe Halloween! Should have made a Halloween card, opps

Technique Card

Hi Everyone
Just a quickie post today, now my other twin is sick! So my crafting is put on the back burner this week. This is a card I made for my up coming Technique Monthly Group. It's too bad that the pictures do this gorgeous card NO justice! In person is is very glimmery and glitzy. The technique they will be learning is how to put 2 colors of glitter on our Sticky Cut Sheets. I punched out the Sticky cut Sheet with our new Decoration punch from the mini. As a bonus, they will also learn something else to do with our new Shimmery Paint from the mini as well. Mix rubbing alcohol and a few drops of Shimmery Paint ( here I used Champagne Mist) into a tiny spray bottle, shake well and spray across you projects. I wouldn't do this on a scrap page though as I'm pretty sure rubbing alcohol is not archive safe! ha Click on the pictures to make them bigger and that way you may be able to see the shimmer on it. If you look at the red c/s, the camera picked it up the best on it. The red c/s was textured with the Big Shot and the Petals a Plenty exclusive SU! embossing folder.

Sick kiddo! :( Last Deal of the Week

Hi Everyone
Been busy the last few days taking care of my sick little boy, so I have no new projects to show you... :0( , sorry. His fever has cracked though, & he is happy as anything this morning, so off to K he'll go this afternoon so I can get caught back up! I'm so grateful he didn't get super sick, just a fever! Monday ADTHIS: Forever in my Heart

Hi Everyone
Here is my take on this weeks Ad over at Ad This (link on left): go check it out and play along. This LO is going to be one of my fav's for a long time, I just love it. I wish I took better pictures to do it justice, because in real life it is awesome! The paper is from the mini, NIGHT AND DAY SPECIALTY DSP, and I attached it too a piece of WHISPER WHITE TEXTURED C/S that I stamped with the awesome new MEDALLION background stamp with BASIC BLACK INK. Don't you just love the zipper???? The Diva of scrap Candace (link on left) gave it to me at the workshop I did for her a week ago...what a Sweetie & her awesome Hubs even fixed my Color spritzer tool!!! I finished the page up by inking up some chipboard with CRAFT OLD OLIVE & BASIC BLACK INK with a DAUBER...which are the handiest tools! Best way to color up a chip board is with craft ink and a dauber! No mess, and a solid color!! I added some bling and a thickers title, and hand wrote the "in my heart". That's a huge thing for me as I am always worried that my writing will ruin a page.
Hope you like it, and Thanks for stopping by...go play along with ADTHIS, great ad this week, white & black with a splash of green....which is where I took my inspiration from.

Another 5 Min Card

Hi Everyone
Here is another quickie 5 min card I made. Think this will be one of Decembers Workshop Cards. When you tilt the card, the cute little UFO spins up & down the card: it is called a Spinner card. You can do so much with this cool technique, but I think this is a super cute kids birthday card that you can just quickly whip up just before you jump in the car to go to the party! Talk about a WOW card, my kids love to play with it!

Dashing Through the Snow Class

Hi Everyone
All these cards are based on ones that I received in the Founders Circle Card Swap. Winning the Rising Star has be soo beneficial too my SU! business just for being in that SWAP! For those who do not know what a swap is, for an SU! demo, you make a whole bunch of the same card and swap them with other demo's for their card. The 125 sample cards I got were all amazing, and it has saved me tons of time!
Anyways, the point of this post is to offer these gorgeous cards and gift card holder in a class. November 27, 6:30-8:30, at my house. You'll make 3 of each card + 3 of the gift card holders. Class fee is $35 and includes your very own Dasher Stamp to keep! Think I put the details in the last post..

Novembers Workshop Card

HI Everyone

Thought I would posts Novembers workshop cards. The Real Red Dasher is actually a gift card holder...Twilight gift card not included! ;) This idea is one from a fellow demo from Founders Circle, but she didn't put her name on the back of the sample so I can't give her credit! The other card is made with SU! Pendant Notes pre-cut and die cut cards. You will be learning how to gloss up the gorgeous pearl from the pretties kit to a beautiful shiny chocolate pearl. Click on the pictures to get a closer view.

I only have a few dates left in November, so BOOK now! The only days I have open are all Mondays, 2,9 & 16 and one Tuesday the 10th.
I also still have a few spots left in my Dashing Through the Snow Class on Nov 27 from 6:30-8:30 at my house. In this class you will make 9 cards (3 styles) plus 3 of the gift card holders. You will also get your very own Dasher stamp to take home with you, all for only $35...or $30 if you are one of my group members. Prefect "TOGO" class as you get your stamp! I can mail you the class, all you'll need to add is ink & adhesive! You just pay the extra shipping.

The Bar is OPEN

Hi Everyone
This is actually a project I made last spring, before I started Blogging. Although the DSP is no longer available, everything else is, so I thought it would be worth showing you. I basically made it like I would any other scrap page, but then I mounted it on a 12x12 canvas with STICKY STRIP so I can hang it on the wall. The glasses are the Definitely Decorative STEMWARE ($13.95) in Chocolate Chip. I made the awesome olives with 2 pearls from the PRETTIES KIT plus the pin; I covered them with CRAFT OLD OLIVE INK and CLEAR EMBOSSING POWDER. I also put some "booze" in each class as well with CRYSTAL EFFECTS, for the red wine I just water colored the red first. BUT you can actually mix a few drops of RE-INKER in with the CE to color it as well. I made the open and closed sign, just flip it to see closed, with just TEXTURED Chocolate chip and DSP, and I cut the letters with THE BIG SHOT and Sheriff Essentials Alphabet Dies, and attached them with ribbon(retired) and PEWTER JUMBO EYELETS.
I love using the definitely decorative vinyl elements to make projects. I've used them on a ton of items, not just the walls. I've made vases, frames, scrap pages, canvases, and even night lights. I am not done painting my house yet, so not all my walls are ready for them. I do have them up on my walls in a few rooms and I must say I love them, in just 2 min, you have a plain wall decorated! They are awesome, if you'd like to order them SHOP NOW here 24 hours. Every $50 you spend at my on-line store you get a stamp on your shopping card with me. Once you reach $150, you get a $20 credit to use as you want. Use it towards a class with me or to purchase more goodies.

Pick a Pocket: Ad This October 5

Hi Everyone
Today's AD is a vintage ad of a sewing pattern for a pocket skirt. I took inspiration from the pocket; on my page I cut up an old pair of jeans and attached it to my page with Jumbo Eyelets. The DSP is Autumn Meadows from the mini: I love this paper, only one side is autumn theme, the other is funky distressed paper, I love it!! My journal tag is from The Right Stuff Specialty DSP which is another set I love, full of journal tags on thick crate style paper and distress dsp. Lastly the K was cut with vinyl I bought at a fabric store: I stuck a piece of Sticky Page on the back side of the fabric and ran it through the Big Shot with SU!'s exclusive Alphabet Simple Letters Die.
Hope your inspired to play along

October Workshops

Hi Everyone

I have changed the way I do workshops, I now concentrate on showing you how to do 5 minute cards! I know not everyone has a ton of time to spend on one card, but everyone has 5 minutes, right? It would take you longer to go to the store and buy one. Every month I will design 2 cards for you and your friends to make that will take under 5 min each!

Here are Octobers Cards. I have a few dates open in October, if you'd like to take advantage of SU!'s AMAZING Hostess offers for the month of October plus my personal Hostess Spoils, contact me to book you workshop and let me help you earn SU! for FREE!

Who doesn't love Frankie?

Hi Everyone

Today's post is a card...are you shocked? I love doing this Frankenstein card and he only comes around once a year....so here is my this year version. Don't you just love him? He is made with the SU! exclusive die, Bigz Top Note for the Big Shot & a ton of punches. The hair is with the scallop edge randomly punched to make the jagged edges; eyes 1 3/8"Circle for lids, 1 1/4 for eyes, 3/4 for pupil; the Arrow punch for his bolts; & the Tab punch for his nose. He is made with Old Olive C/S and Elegant Eggplant C/S for his hair; I also used sponge daubers dipped in the same color ink as the C/S to distress him up. I mounted him on a 4 1/4 x 6" card of basic black, so once folded in half to 3" and Frankenstein is mounted on, he is the same size as a standard card so he will fit in an envelope.

Leave a comment if you like him!
